Unlike thin single-layer throws, the blanket combines two distinct polyester textures: a smooth surface fabric where your pet’s portrait is sublimated and a cozy tan sherpa reverse side that traps warmth.

Three blanket sizes and which to choose

Our custom pet photo blanket is available in three rectangular sizes to match how you plan to use it:

• 37″×57″: A compact lap and travel throw. Choose this smaller format for keeping warm in an office chair, draping over the back of a reading armchair, or giving a child a personal pet blanket.
• 50″×60″: The standard living room throw blanket size. It is large enough to wrap around an adult’s shoulders or legs on the sofa while folding neatly over a couch arm or blanket ladder when not in use.
• 60″×80″: Our largest blanket, matching the top of a standard queen mattress. Pick the 60″×80″ size if you want a bed topper, a blanket big enough for two people on the sectional, or a full-size portrait display.

Personalization, available styles, and preview

Customizing your sherpa blanket happens directly on the product page:

• Upload one photo of your dog, cat, or pet.
• Pick from the available styles: the Photo style is always available and applies color correction and gentle sharpening. Watercolor and Line art options may also be offered among the available styles.
• Enter optional name text to personalize the blanket with your pet’s name.
• Review the instant on-screen preview before adding the blanket to your cart.

Because you inspect the live preview yourself before checkout, there is no manual retouching or separate human design proof after ordering. Uploaded photos are deleted 30 days after upload.

Selecting a photo that prints clearly at blanket scale

Because a blanket enlarges your image across a wide fabric surface (up to 60″×80″), starting with a crisp original file is important:

• Upload the original photo directly from your camera or phone rather than a screenshot or a compressed file saved from social media or text messages.
• Choose a well-lit daytime photo taken at your pet’s eye level where the eyes, nose, and coat texture are sharply in focus.
• Match the orientation and framing of your photo to the rectangular layout in the preview so your pet’s ears and paws stay well inside the outer edges.

Everyday use and care

The 100% polyester construction—combining the 6.49 oz/yd² (220g/m²) smooth printed face with the 7.08 oz/yd² (240g/m²) tan sherpa reverse—is built for daily indoor lounging on couches, chairs, and beds. Shake the blanket out regularly to keep the sherpa pile lofty, and follow the care label attached to your blanket when washing so the polyester fibers stay soft.
