The outer pillowcase is built with a hidden zipper so you can remove the cover whenever it needs a wash while keeping a clean seam line along the edge of the cushion.

Three square sizes and which to pick

Personalization, available styles, and preview

• Upload one photo of your pet.
• Select from the available styles: the Photo style (color-corrected and gently sharpened) is always available, while Watercolor and Line art styles can be selected when available.
• Add optional name text if you would like your pet’s name printed on the pillow.
• Check the live preview before adding the pillow to your cart to confirm how the square layout looks.

Orders are produced directly from your approved cart preview, with no separate human design proof or manual retouching. Uploaded pet photos are deleted 30 days after upload.

Choosing a photo for a square pillow

Because every pillow size (16″×16″, 18″×18″, and 22″×22″) is a 1:1 square, photos where your pet sits near the center of the frame work best:

• Leave a bit of background space around the top of the ears and under the chin or paws so nothing important sits too close to the outer seams.
• Photograph your pet at eye level in bright, natural daylight so coat colors, markings, and eye reflections look clear.
• Upload the original photo file from your phone or camera rather than a low-resolution social media screenshot.

Washing and care instructions

Keeping your custom pet pillow clean is simple when you separate the cover from the insert:

• Outer case: Unzip the hidden zipper, remove the 100% polyester case, and wash it in the washing machine.
• Inner insert: The included shape-retaining polyester insert is handwash only—do not put the insert in the washing machine. Wash the insert by hand when needed and let it air dry completely before placing it back inside the cover.
