Celebrating the bond between pets and families
At Shop Pet Direct, we believe companion animals are treasured family members whose loyalty, playfulness, and unconditional love leave an indelible mark on our lives. Whether you are welcoming a playful new rescue puppy, celebrating years of feline companionship, or honoring the memory of a departed companion, our mission is to create beautiful, lasting keepsakes that capture that unique bond.
We craft custom pet memorial gifts, gallery-wrapped canvas prints, personalized sherpa photo blankets, custom pet pillows, ceramic ornaments, pet sympathy cards, and ceramic mugs. Every piece is designed to bring warmth and comfort to your home, keeping the memory of your beloved pet close at hand.
Thoughtful craftsmanship and live digital previews
Creating a personalized keepsake begins when you upload a photograph of your pet. Before you place an order, our online customizer checks your image and generates a live digital preview so you can see how your keepsake will look before adding it to your cart:
- Automatic resolution check: When you upload a photo, our customizer checks the image dimensions right away and lets you know if the file is too small to print clearly at your chosen size.
- Portrait styles and optional pet name: Depending on the product, you can choose from available portrait styles—including our color-balanced and sharpened photo treatment, or watercolor and line-art styles when enabled—and add your pet’s name to the design.
- Made-to-order production: Once your order is paid, it is sent automatically to Printful, our domestic print fulfillment partner, where each canvas, sherpa blanket, pillow, ornament, card, and mug is printed and packaged to order.
Uncompromising photo privacy
Your personal photographs belong to you, and we treat them with complete confidentiality. Many pet owners share intimate, emotional memories with us, and we respect that trust:
- Strictly limited usage: Uploaded images are utilized solely to manufacture and fulfill your specific order.
- Automatic deletion: Every photo uploaded to our design tool, with its preview and print file, is deleted from our storage 30 days after upload. Printful keeps the print file with your order so a damaged item can be remade.
- No marketing use without permission: We never feature customer pet photos, memorial tributes, or portraits in our marketing campaigns, social media, or advertisements without prior written consent.
